Fork WeekLol this week is what Ashwin describes as fork week.. If you're wondering why, its cos our workdays are like the prongs of a fork.. booking in and out due to Deepavali and Hari Raya. Now its not that I'm not happy about these holidays, but rather I'm irritated by the way their deployed (pardon my army terms). I mean, having to book in and out wastes valuable time and disrupts lots of programmes.. I'd prolly kill just for us to book in the following morning, even if it means waking up at 0500 hrs and rushing down to 160 SQN.
Lol read Vic's blog and I was tickled.. haha somehow her blog never fails to amuse me.. (is that good or bad? hmm) Made me think back for awhile to my younger days. I'm 19 and I feel so damn old at times. I'm sorry if ur older lol XD. Anyway if people don't already know, I was fat before. Some can testify to that. Been in TAF club before, been called a fatso, have jiggling *ahem*, stomach etc etc etc.
Well I'm not really gloating about how I lost weight, cos if I knew how i did it, i would be rich. But it started in Sec 2 i guess.. By Sec 3 i could say I was reasonably slim. Was it soccer? Was it no reccess? Was it puberty 0.o? Haha maybe a combination of all that? Whatever, I'm thankful at least that I'm no longer fat..
But being slim is not everything people. Of course, being obese is another. Find that balance between being slim and being fit. Being stick-thin is not really appealing lor.. Ugh I've seen ppl that i think i can snap lke a twig.. Bleh anorexic ppl.. Watch your health!
P.S: I still can't run for nuts ><
P.P.S: Vic, dun give up! Running doesn't really give big thighs.. It all depends on the running you do.. Go check up on fitness magazines, they really help a lot
Yay dark chocolates!!
