Glam Night @ Wild Rocket

Its been a great day! As usual, the perfect combo that makes me happy. Good food and good company. The Wing's team headed down to Wild Rocket @ Mt Emily where we indulged ourselves in good food and trying to look as if it was a formal event with shirts and dresses. While the short burst of rain dampened the day a little, it could do nothing more but wet the ground a little as 8 excited people went into the restaurant.

The food was delicious! Totally fitting for its price and location. No regrets spending 50 bucks in total for a meal that consisted of Pan-Fried Catfish, Escargots, Salmon & Potato Mash and a nice tiramisu for dessert. Loads of other food filled the table and we shared all around. Bong gives this place a good 4.5 stars out of 5. Defintely worth bringing a date one day to just savor fine food and splurge a little.

After the sumptous feast, we headed to Harry's @ Dempsy for a quick chill-out session. Haha.. what else could be better than to end the day with some nice mocktails? Yum!

On a side note, the Summer on Sand '08 donation drive also started today. While I was not directly involved in the sale, I was running booth to booth checking to see if everything was alright. We did pretty well and I'm glad for the good performance put in by everyone. Lets go guys! We'll hit out target!
