Tajimaya!

The next gathering for S14 turned out to be a most delicious one. Originally planned for Marche, the group instead went to Tajimaya @ Vivocity as the queue was way too long. Tajimaya is a Japanese Restaurant that specializes in Charcoal BBQ, serving up premium meats like Wagyu and Black Angus Meat. The taste of the beef was just heavenly. Nowhere have I tasted better charcoal grilled beef. For non beef eaters, theres always top grade pork, fish and other items that are pretty well priced. Zaru Soba at around $7.50. Bong rates it at 4.5 stars out of 5.

And just when I thought the birthday celebrations were over, they bought me and Pye cakes. Haha.. it was so informal yet enormously heart-warming. Indeed I'm blessed with really great friends. Happy Birthday to all the June Babies!

We were visiting the beneficiaries on the EN side of the house for Project SOS. Indeed, it was a challenging, yet fun experience for me. While I suppose I do find kids cute, it still has not changed my idea that kids can be deadly irritating. I can't imagine having a troubled kid that I'll need to take care of for the most part of my life. How saddening. Of course, hopefully I'll be able to discipline them accordingly!
